User-Generated Content: You are responsible for all reviews, ratings, messages, and content you submit. We do not endorse or verify accuracy of user-generated content. We reserve the right to remove false, defamatory, or harassing content.

Platform Role: Ride operates as a platform facilitating transactions between users. We are not a party to transactions and do not control product quality, delivery, or dispute outcomes. We act as mediator in disputes but make no guarantees of resolution.

11. Cryptocurrency Data and Volatility

Pi Cryptocurrency: All transactions use Pi Network cryptocurrency. You acknowledge that:

  • Cryptocurrency value is volatile and subject to market conditions
  • Blockchain transactions are permanent and non-reversible once confirmed
  • We do not guarantee Pi Network stability, availability, or blockchain functionality
  • Your Pi wallet security is your sole responsibility
  • Lost or stolen credentials cannot be recovered by Ride

12. Driver and Rider Contact Information

To operate rides and driver onboarding, we may collect contact information such as email address and phone number when you apply to drive, join a driver or rider waitlist, request a ride, or use related support and safety features.

We use this information only as reasonably necessary to process applications, coordinate rides, send service and safety communications, verify accounts, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. Contact information is retained only for as long as needed for the purpose collected, including active onboarding, ride operations, safety investigations, dispute resolution, accounting, and legal or regulatory requirements.   • Payment Timing: Escrow payments release automatically after buyer confirms delivery or 7 days post-delivery
  • Dispute Holds: Payments remain in escrow during active dispute investigations
